On a recent trip to Gloucestershire, I made a trip to a little town called Tetbury. It was love at first walk down the high street. Packed with antique shops but not the musty kind, the kind full of carefully sourced beautiful products thats you want to buy and fill your house with. I was totally blown away by the place and managed to go and explore for two days running. Even with a hubby and two kids in tow I managed to get that epic sense of excitement with every new find.

Its that time of year when the temperature is starting to drop and we start reaching out for our woolies to keep us cosy. It's also the time of year when we can bring a fresh and cosy feel into our homes. The evenings are dark and as we draw the curtains we want to create a warm and embracing feel in the house.

I’m not sure where exactly I first stumbled across Susie Watson Designs, but the more I see their products and understand them the more I love them! Susie Watson Designs creates and sells all sorts of amazing homeware products from pottery to furniture, paints to fabrics and an array of other things. Its all beautiful but what I particularly love are her fabrics which are all handmade in India.

I don’t know what your view is on flowers? Some people love them and others hate them! I have a friend that hates it if she is bought around a fresh bunch of flowers, I think she is crazy! To me, flowers make a home. They create an atmosphere in a room and they make me happy. I am so flower obsessed that when I got married I could barely walk down the aisle because I had gone so OTT on the flowers, but that to me just made the church look even more perfect!
