It has been a hectic, whirlwind over the past month, with summer holidays in full flow. Days on the beach and entertaining two little crazy people are being combined with foundations being poured on one project near Salcombe and final preparations before a build on my own house in Surrey. So I am a little behind on my blog, so I'm sorry not to be fulfilling my weekly instalments, sharing the skills of amazing artisans but I do have some amazing names lined up to share with you over the next few weeks, so please do stick with me.

In the meantime it is with great excitement that I just have to share with you all that I have been nominated for the 'Amara Interior Blog Awards - Best Newcomer Blog 2016'! This totally blows my mind having only started in September last year that my little blog and all my research is not only being read but also appreciated and I thank you all for following me.
